What size do I have to order?
In the selection table on every product page you will find the indication of sizes for American, continental European and English shoe sizes. When bying at our Online-Shop please indicate English sizes, which are stated in bold numbers in the selection table. The remaining indication of sizes (American and continental European) just serve as comparison to other measurements. Further help for translating measurements can be found in the left navigation bar under Size chart.
What foot widths are available?
We offer dance shoes in various foot widths. An overview can be found in the left navigation bar under Foot width. Please consider (especially the men) that dance shoes should fit rather tight on the feet in contrast to street shoes. Furthermore, dance shoes made from leather or suede widen over time through dancing.
Where are Diamant Dance Shoes being produced?
Diamant Dance Shoes are made in Germany and being manufactured from the family enterprise Diamant Schuhfabrik Otto Müller KG. The company Diamant is the only producer for dance shoes that is manufacturing in Germany and stands for outstanding quality, reviewed materials and first-class service at an adequate price. What methods of payment do you offer?
At our Online-Shop payments can be made by cash on delivery (within Germany), payment in advance (within the EU), PayPal or credit card.
Can I pick up the goods at your shop by myself?
Unfortunately that is not possible as we are just an Online-Shop that is only doing mail-order.
How long does it take until I receive my goods?
On every product page you can find the availability of the product in the specific size being listed in the lowermost row of the selection table. From the specific date of availability the delivery time of the shippment amounts to:
- within Germany 1-3 working days
- within Europe 3-10 working days
- worldwide 1-3 weeks
Can I return/exchange my goods if I don't like them or if they don't fit?
Yes of course! Every shippment has a return voucher enclosed on which you mark the article you like to return or exchange. If you like to have that specific model in another size or if you like to have it exchanged into another model please note that as well. Of course you can return all of the goods without indication of any reasons. In this case you will obtain a full refund and will immediately be informed via email.
