Shipping Cost

Delivery will be made including the following flat rates:

Delivery within Germany: € 4,00.
Cash on delivery (possible within Germany only):
€ 3,00 add. € 2,- money transfer fee of the Post.
Delivery within €ope (outside Germany): € 10,00.
Delivery outside €ope: € 18,00.

Terms of Payment

Payment only accepted via Eurocard, VisaCard and American Expresscard.
Within the European Union with payment in advance.
Cash on delivery within Germany possible.

Retention of Title

Dance Art direct Olaf Hohmann OHG retains the right of property
of all goods delivered until full payment has been received.

Ability to Deliver

Deliveries are made, provided that we receive correct and timely deliveries and that the lack of availability of goods is beyond our influence. Compensation is excluded in this case, but also in case of delayed or incomplete delivery, unless due to gross negligence. In case goods are not available, the purchaser will be notified immediately and prepayments will be refunded promptly.

Right of Restitution

The purchaser may return all goods within 14 days without giving a reason. The day of dispatch must be within this time limit. After this limit, no returned goods are accepted. When goods are returned within the 14 day time limit and show clear signs of wear, we reserve the right to charge an appropriate fee for the usage. For returns within Germany, you will receive one return lable per order (DHL).Please use this attached return lable only. In case you have a return again, make sure the postage is paid, as we dont accept shipments not prepaid. We remit the value of the goods returned to the bank or credit card account given when ordering the goods. The purchaser will be notified of the credit by e-mail.

Guarantee

In the case of a claim during the 6 month period of guarantee we reserve the right to remedy any defect. If necessary, the goods will be exchanged. In the first instance the right of exchange and abatement is excluded. If a defect is not repaired within a reasonable period of time, the purchaser has the right to cancel the contract or to a reduction of the purchase price. Within Germany please request a return lable, as we generally dont accept shipments not prepaid.

Place of Fulfilment and Law Applicable

Place of fulfilment is Königstein/Ts.
All contracts are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
